Hi there,

For the next couple of weeks, we’ll be doing a short series in our preaching called “Surprised By Jesus”. We’ll do these short series a couple of times each year. These are questions that we’ll tackle where people and culture are potentially asking about Christianity. These are also great opportunities to invite your family and friends along to understand a little bit more about Jesus as we dig into these questions. This week, the Bible. Is it relevant for today? How can we know it’s true? How do we know that what we’re reading today is what was written 2000 years ago?

Psalm 119:105 (ESV) — 105 Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

This week we want to be surprised by Jesus as we allow His word to be a lamp to our feet and a light to our path. The Bible is a glorious gift that God has given us that reveals the beautiful truth of the redeeming love of Jesus Christ. The Bible through the Holy Spirit speaks into our lives today to find forgiveness, restoration, and hope in Jesus alone!

This weekend at Exchange Church:

  • ECY Friday at 7:00pm at the church.
  • EC Sunday gathering at 10:00am.
  • EC corporate prayer, Sunday at 5:00pm in the lounge.

This week “Surprised By Jesus” – “The Bible”, 2 Timothy 3:10-17.

Please read through 2 Timothy 3 to help us think about Sunday’s sermon.

In His joy,
