Hello all,

The Bible teaches that God is three persons yet is God one. The Trinity is a beautiful truth in the oneness of God but also in the different works that the Trinity carries out in us and for us. The Holy Spirit is the empowering and indwelling presence of God within all followers of Jesus Christ. It’s an amazing thought that God the Holy Spirit lives inside of me, He’s with me wherever I go no matter what I’m facing. That’s also a comforting thought that brings peace and stability as well. Here’s one thing the Holy Spirit does for us.

John 16:12–15 (ESV) — 12 “I still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. 13 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. 14 He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you. 15 All that the Father has is mine; therefore I said that he will take what is mine and declare it to you.

It’s a divine mystery but God the Holy Spirit leads and guides us into truth so that we will know God’s sweet presence and also empower us to live a life that brings glory to His name. Mysterious but what a treasure we have in the Holy Spirit living in us.
